• Day 1: Inner Opening - Yoga, breathwork, neurographic art, and a soft landing into silence and reflection.

• Day 2: Heart Opening - Yoga, connection with nature (optional Rainbow Mountain or hot springs), and cacao ceremony.

• Day 3: Inner Healing - Yoga, group therapeutic session, free time for healing, and an evening Letting Go ritual

• Scenic hike in the Sacred Valley with mindfulness practices.

• Day 4: Integration - Morning practice, reflective writing.  Transfer to Cusco Airport
