Refund Policy
At BeGlobal, we put great care into crafting meaningful and high-quality experiences for our guests. As many of our services involve advance bookings, personalized planning, and collaboration with third-party providers, we’ve established the following refund policy to ensure clarity for everyone involved.
By booking any retreat, tour, consultation, or travel package through www.beglobals.com or our partners (such as WeTravel, Stripe,PayPal), you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Deposits and Payments

All retreats and travel programs require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure your spot.

The remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days before the experience begins.

If full payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to release your spot.
2. Refund Conditions
Because we book accommodations, guides, ceremonies, and transportation in advance, deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances — including illness, flight cancellations, or changes of plans.
Partial refunds of the remaining balance may be considered in the following cases:

If cancellation is made at least 30 days before the retreat/tour start date:
→ We may refund up to 50% of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit). -
If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start date:
→ No refund will be issued, but we may offer a credit toward a future retreat (subject to availability and case-by-case review).
3. Force Majeure / Unexpected Changes
In the event of cancellations due to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure situations, we will do our best to offer:

Or a partial refund (excluding non-refundable expenses already incurred)
4. Digital Products & Consultations

Payments for 1:1 consultations, itinerary design, and digital services are non-refundable once the session or service has been delivered or started.

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, we may reschedule your session free of charge.
5. How to Request a Refund or Credit
To request a refund or credit, please contact us by email at hello@beglobals.com with your name, booking details, and reason for cancellation. We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
6. Travel Insurance Strongly Recommended
We highly encourage all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations, delays, illness, and medical emergencies.
